They went to these lengths because they believe that choosing not to drink alcohol shouldn't mean compromising on quality or flavour. This Juniper & Citrus Non-Alcoholic Spirit comes in at less than 0.5% ABV which is classed as alcohol-free by EU law and you might find a similar level in a ripe banana or some orange juice. We like to combine it in a 1:3 ratio with premium tonic water but you can also flex your cocktail skills by mixing up an alcohol-free Basil Smash Clover Club or Tom Collins. Their three stills - Prudence Patience and Constance - gleam in copper excellence as they create some of the finest gin on the planet. These are then reduced to bottling strength using the pure water of Lydwell Spring a source of the River Thames. It may be relatively new but Sipsmith has quickly become a classic.
