Silversmiths M. C. Hersey & Son are situated in London and produce sterling silver utensils, jewellery, and gifts.

After spending 16 years working as a silver spinner in Soho and Clerkenwell, commencing as an apprentice at William Comyn's factory in 1955, Michael Hersey founded the company in 1971. Following an apprenticeship in Southwark and schooling as a silversmith at The Sir John Cass School of Art, his son Stewart joined him in 1981.

We are now, a group of silversmiths, polishers, and engravers. Hersey & Son is committed to preserving the art of silversmithing, and its team employs both tried-and-true methods and cutting-edge innovations to produce beautiful, well-designed objects that will be treasured for a long time.

Stewart Hersey is a Freeman of London and a Liveryman of The Goldsmiths' Company. Members of the National Association of Jewellers include M.C. Hersey & Son Ltd.
